I am interested in a robotic mower. What information should I bring to the store?

Since not every robotic mower is suitable for every type of garden, we recommend bringing a plan, photos, or a drawing of your garden. This will help us better assess your garden layout and suggest the perfect robotic mower for your needs.

I want to place an order. Do I need to pay a deposit?

For every order of spare parts or machines, we require a deposit.

This helps prevent orders from being left uncollected.

When will my order be available for pickup/delivery?

If the purchased item is in stock, it can be delivered quickly.

For devices ordered on demand, delivery times are not always known in advance. We need to contact the respective supplier for more information.

Due to global material shortages and supply chain issues, your order may take longer to arrive.

I want to order a spare part. What information do I need to provide?

To find the correct spare part, we need the model number and serial number of the device. If the spare part is part of the engine, we need the model number and serial number of the engine.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE

When will my device be serviced?

Your devices are placed in the queue.
We follow the FIFO principle (First In, First Out).
The first device brought in will be serviced first.

I am bringing in my device. Do I need to pay an upfront amount?

We require a deposit of €30 for lawnmowers / hand tools and €60 for riding mowers. This amount covers the inspection costs of your machine.

Do you repair all brands?

We cannot repair all brands, as some spare parts are not available from our suppliers or technical drawings are not accessible to us.

You can find our brands here: Our brands

If you are unsure, feel free to contact us, and we will check this for you.

My device cannot be repaired. What happens to the deposit I paid?

The deposit paid covers the inspection costs (labor, research, and check-up) for your device and is non-refundable. However, if you purchase a new device, this amount can be deducted from the purchase price.

Which fuel should I use in my lawnmower or riding mower?

We recommend using 98 octane (E5) petrol or Moto4plus synthetic fuel. Moto4plus is available in our stores.

Please note: 98 petrol has a maximum shelf life of 3 months after being taken from the gas station. Moto4plus, however, can be stored for at least 5 years (frost-free).

Which fuel should I use in my brush cutter?

This depends on the type of engine:

Stihl, Echo, Shindaiwa, Husqvarna, etc. are equipped with 2-stroke engines. For these machines, it is strongly recommended to use synthetic fuel like Motomix, which is available in our stores.

You can also prepare this fuel yourself by mixing 98 (E5) petrol with 5% 2-stroke oil.

Honda has not used 2-stroke engines since the 1990s. It is therefore likely that your Honda brush cutter has a 4-stroke engine, which runs on 98 (E5) petrol.

Which way can I tilt my lawnmower for cleaning?

Honda and Kohler engines can always be tilted towards the oil dipstick side, with the air filter facing up. Briggs & Stratton engines should be tilted with the spark plug facing up, which usually means placing the machine with the handlebar down.

How should I store my lawnmower for the winter?

It is recommended to add a fuel stabilizer to the petrol to prevent it from going bad during the winter. Alternatively, you can empty the fuel tank completely before storage.

Clean your machine before storing it for the winter.

How should I store my riding mower for the winter?

It is recommended to add a fuel stabilizer to the petrol to prevent it from going bad during the winter. It is important to charge the battery regularly or even keep it permanently connected to a trickle charger. Clean your machine before storing it for the winter.
